“The Bubat affair” is better than the widely used “Battle of Bubat”, because there was no battle: what is recorded is a party that came for a marriage and was killed. But “affair” is also too flat for what is told. Please consider.

Accepted in part. “Battle” is not used and the reason is stated in the entry. A replacement has not been agreed; the Indonesian and English forms are for now deliberately flat so as not to favour one telling before claim CLM-0009 reaches a stable position. Left open.
